We do have pricing guidelines for our basic services (see side bar), but all other services,
such as translation and publishing, can only be priced through a quote. Some of the factors
that influence the price are:
Deadlines
If you have a tight deadline, the price almost always goes up. Why? Because our quality remains consistent no matter what the deadline; to remain consistent with quality, we have to pay the people working on your job more for their extra work.Number of Services
Consider two scenarios: 1) We translate a document into English and Portuguese and lay out two documents, one in each of the new languages. 2) We translate the same document into Portuguese only. Because we are performing more services in scenario #1, the translation into Portuguese will be less expensive in #1 than in #2.Paper vs. Pixels
